

The Community Flower Studio Intern Application
Job Description:
Reporting to the CFS Founder-Principal, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement branding and marketing strategy for the developing social enterprise to grow its community impact. You will have great autonomy to shape and drive new initiatives. You will also be supported by an experienced volunteer marketing consultant who would provide feedback for your professional development.
Brand development and awareness building activities:
- Story telling content creation e.g. brand story, customer and beneficiaries testimonials, event reports,
- Website architecture and content optimization
- Campaign landing page development
- Social media activities e.g. events promo, content posts, engagement contests
- Collaterals for POS e.g. flyers, display
- Search engine optimization
Customer acquisition and retention:
- Marketing and budget planning
- Digital and social ads
- email marketing
- Partnership marketing
- Membership program marketing
- Event marketing
Event planning and management:
Planning and organizing pop up stores & art workshops (physical or virtual)
E-commerce
- E-commerce enablement on website
- Online catalogue creation and management
- Logistics management for e-commerce e.g. delivery arrangement
