如何應對近期悲劇引發的負面情緒 By Dr Bibiana Chan 回應大埔宏福苑大火及邦迪商場槍擊事件 近期發生的香港大埔宏福苑大火,以及澳洲邦迪海灘 (Bondi Beach) 的槍擊事件,即使我們並非直接受影響,仍然深深觸動了很多人。這類事件容易引發強烈而複雜的情緒,令人感到難以承受。以下是一些反思及實際建議,幫助大家在這段時間照顧自己的情緒健康。 一、確認這是一種「集體創傷」 這些情緒並非個人問題,而是一種集體(共同)創傷。很多人正經歷: 憤怒往往源於疑問,例如:「點解冇人及早處理?」、「邊個應該負責?」重要的是,我們要明白這些情緒是正常而真實的,而不是壓抑或否定它們。 二、留意社交媒體造成的情緒過載 事發後,Facebook、YouTube 等平台充斥著: 適量接收資訊是需要的,但過度、被動地接收這些內容,往往只會加重悲傷與憤怒,而未必有助我們真正消化情緒,甚至令人情緒耗竭。 建議: 處理情緒需要的是主動表達,而不是無止境的觀看。 三、透過行動與善意來釋放情緒 將情緒轉化為有意義的行動,是一種健康的出口。 在邦迪事件後,猶太社群呼籲大家以「善行」回應暴力。我們見到不少人: 這些行動有助把極度負面的事件,轉化為正向與有力量的情感。 在香港,亦有市民要求政府徹查大埔火災成因,例如: 同樣地,在澳洲,大家亦開始關注: 行動能幫助我們把憤怒轉化為改變的力量。 四、自我照顧與自我慈悲 在表達與釋放情緒之後,別忘了對自己溫柔一點。 自我照顧並不是冷漠或逃避,而是承認:如果我們耗盡自己,就更難關心他人。 你可以嘗試:Continue reading “面對集體創傷 (Managing Collective Trauma)”
