Your Experience Matters! Thank you for being part of the Community Flower Studio family!

CFS Committee would like to hear about your experiences with CFS in 2026. Your feedback will help us understand how our activities contribute to wellbeing, learning and social connection. It will also help us plan workshops and activities for 2027.

The survey takes approximately 7 – 9 minutes. Your responses will be treated confidentially. To express our gratitude, ALL members will be invited to an End of Year Picnic at Hornsby Park (Crusher Plant Precinct). Details will be announced at the AGM and Dec e-Newsletter.
