Laughter Yoga Program:

2026 Autumn Program: 17 March 2026 to 23 June 2026 (fortnightly: 17/3, 31/3, 14/4, 28/4, 12/5, 26/5, 9/6 & 23/6)

Craft Room at Dougherty Community Centre,

7 Victor St, Chatswood.

Time 4 pm – 5 pm


Laugh till you Drop! Health benefits of Laughter Yoga: Lift Your Mood, Improve Physical Health, Connect Socially & Face Challenge with Similes

Laughter Yoga – every fortnight (45 min. exercise & 15 min. informal chat & refreshment). 每兩週一次(45 分鐘運動和 15 分鐘聊天和茶點)

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Stand or sit as you please.
