Laughter Yoga – every fortnight (1 hr exercise & 1 hr informal chat & morning tea).

Free Gifts for anyone over 60 yr : bath towel, stress ball and hand sanitiser.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Stand, sit or lie down as you please.
