Lonely, but not ALONE

My arrangement is a reflection on the emotions of loneliness and melancholy. The purples and blue – most often a colour associated with royalty – shows a quite sadness that is not often seen or recognised. The feeling of not being noticed (or wanted for that matter), emphasises a cool but numb feeling towards life.  

Curator’s notes:

This ‘cool blue and purple’ is also my favourite palette too. The melancholic feel and the numbness are very true! Many will have experience this sentiment of sadness and wanting to be recognised, wanting to contribute to a ‘just’ world. Gardening and arranging flower can be an outlet to manage negative emotions.
